Acceptable Use Policy

Use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in a way that respects patients, staff, third parties and dentorb.

• Breaking the law or facilitating others to do so.
• Sending spam, unsolicited marketing, or messaging in breach of PECR / GDPR.
• Uploading or processing data you have no lawful basis to process.
• Attempting to access, modify, or delete other tenants' data.
• Probing, scanning or testing the security of the platform without prior written consent (see Responsible Disclosure for the right way).
• Reverse-engineering, scraping at scale, or building a competing service from observed behaviour.
• Distributing malware, phishing content, or content that incites violence, hate, or self-harm.
• Using AI features to impersonate a human in a way that misleads patients about who they are talking to.
• Using the platform for clinical decision-making without clinician oversight.

• Only message patients who have a lawful basis to be contacted.
• Honour opt-outs across every channel.
• Keep clinical advice within the scope of the responsible clinician.

AI features must be used consistently with our AI Safety policy. In particular, AI proposals on clinical surfaces must be reviewed by a qualified clinician before any action is taken.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this AUP. Where the breach is illegal or causes risk to patients, we may notify regulators and law enforcement.
