FAQs
Does CQC require meetings to be recorded?
CQC expects evidence of good governance, including staff supervision, appraisals and team communication. Recorded, signed meeting notes are the simplest way to show it.
How does the dictation work?
Record the meeting in Dentorb. You'll get a written summary with key outcomes and suggested actions to review before sharing.
How does sign-off work?
Each participant receives the record in their own Dentorb app, reviews it and signs. You can see who has and hasn't signed.
Are disciplinary meetings kept confidential?
Yes. Confidential meetings are visible only to the people involved and authorised managers.
Can staff prepare for appraisals?
Yes. Staff can answer appraisal questions privately as a draft, then share with the organiser when ready.
