We're regularly finishing 40 minutes late on Thursdays.
Thank you for raising this. We're moving two patients to Friday from next week. Does that help?
Two-way and still anonymous

FAQs
Is it really anonymous?
Yes. No name, email or device is attached to a submission. Staff get a private code to check replies, and only they have it.
Can managers reply?
Yes. Managers reply in Dentorb, and the staff member reads it using their code, so it becomes a two-way conversation.
Does it help with CQC?
CQC looks at whether staff feel able to raise concerns. A logged speak-up process, with responses and outcomes, is strong evidence for the Well-led question.
Who sees submissions?
Only managers or owners you authorise.
Can it be abused?
Submissions are triaged, and managers decide what to act on. In practice, most are genuine concerns or useful ideas.
