No. dentorb is designed to work alongside your PMS — Dentally first, with SOE/EXACT and R4 on the roadmap. We replace the tools around the PMS (front desk, growth, comms, team ops, reporting), not the clinical record itself.
Will our existing email address keep working?
Yes. You can keep your existing practice email and route it into dentorb, or use a dentorb-hosted address — your choice.
Is patient comms GDPR compliant?
Yes. All channels run on encrypted infrastructure with full audit trail, role-based access and configurable retention. Our DPA is available on request.
