Who gets a portal?
Everyone in the practice: nurses, dentists, hygienists, therapists, reception and managers. Each person sees only their own records and what's relevant to their role.
Can staff download their own payslips?
Yes. Payslips appear in the portal each month, and staff can download them any time without asking the manager.
How do policy acknowledgements work?
Policies become short step-by-step guides with quick checks. When a team member finishes, the time, date and device are recorded, so you have proof for CQC.
Is the speak-up feature really anonymous?
Yes. Staff get a private reference code to follow up and see replies, and their identity is never attached to the message.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The portal works on phones, tablets and desktops.
