    How are leaderboard scores calculated?+

    Scores come from activity already recorded in Dentorb: leads handled, rota attendance, CPD hours, guides read, compliance status and tasks completed. Nobody has to enter scores by hand.

    Can we choose which categories appear?+

    Yes. Turn categories on or off to suit your practice, so you only celebrate the things that matter to your team.

    Can we show the leaderboard on a staff room screen?+

    Yes. Staff-room mode shows the monthly board full-screen on any TV or display, rotating through each category's top 3.

    What if someone doesn't want to be on a public board?+

    Managers can hide individuals or categories from the shared board. Everyone still sees their own KPIs privately in My Portal.

    Does it reset every month?+

    Yes. Each month starts fresh with a new top 3 per category, and past months stay in the history so you can look back and celebrate.
