The dental alternative to HubSpot
A great CRM. Just not a dental one.
HubSpot is one of the world's leading CRMs for sales and marketing teams. But a dental practice isn't a sales team. Dentorb gives you the leads, inbox and campaigns you'd use HubSpot for, built around patients, treatments and recalls, plus everything else that runs the practice.

- CQC-ready records: audited messaging, signed-off meetings and dated compliance checks
- Self-service My Portal for every nurse, clinician and manager
- Growth tools built in: leads pipeline, recalls, email/SMS and unified inbox

Answers
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to leave our current practice management system?
No. dentorb is designed to work alongside your PMS — Dentally first, with SOE/EXACT and R4 on the roadmap. We replace the tools around the PMS (front desk, growth, comms, team ops, reporting), not the clinical record itself.
Where is HubSpot stronger than Dentorb?
HubSpot has a huge integration marketplace, deep sales reporting and a mature website and content platform. For a business with a dedicated sales team, it's excellent.
Why is HubSpot hard for dental practices?
Everything dental has to be built by hand: treatment pipelines, recall workflows and patient fields. It also does nothing for rota, compliance, CPD or pay, so you still need several other tools. Prices are per seat and rise quickly on the tiers with automation.
